Prime rib leftovers Day 2 - Philly cheesesteaks.
I just add diluent until your teeth don't feel it...What I made:

From back to front:
2 - 2 ounces
1 - 1 ounce
loads of fresh ice (as Chef John says) in a shaker aka Mason Jar and shake the heck outta it for 1 minute
Poured into a lovely cocktail glass along side a small bowl of Nuts (not pictured) and that's our apéritif ...
Cold turkey slices, chutney/pickle/mustard, stuffing, chips (fries), cucumber salad. Same as last night and the night before. That's fine by me. The chutneys etc. and chips make this a gourmet meal.
Even i would like that I think
