Lunch. Leftovers from yesterday's spag bol. Gussied up the spaghetti with wild spring greens and a dried wild ramp herb mixture.

Are they single leaves or several per? They look large which is why asking.

Yes they are quite large
I bought a potted sage plant with these fatty leaves so they are simple to stuff. However I think you can also use the smaller ones. The recipe is on my blog
