I have a nice organic bird in the freezer, and a Weber Kettle with a rotisserie on the patio. I need to do something with that. Maybe I can stuff the bird with onions and make it a challenge entry. :chef:

We just got back from our sons in rolleston, he's bought a almost new caravan, 21 foot. As we were leaving he mentioned he also bought s Weber, my ears pricked up, had a look at it, showed how I did offset on my one. Mines not a Weber, but you get the picture. He's wrapt with it.

Cabbage, rice, ground beef, onion, garlic, carrot, beef broth, brown sugar (how come you taste so good? :laugh:, Worcestershire sauce...I think that's about it.

...and there is no such thing as too much butter. :)

Today, I made what I hope will be my last Boboli Crust Pizza.

Boboli makes an excellent crust for home Microwave Pizzas, but I want to turn now to making my own Pizza Dough and Crusts.

This Pizza has Bacon, Scallion and Seranno Pepper. The Cheese is a Colby Jack.
