Already cooked from frozen. Shes getting better and even will buy them from supermarket. She leaves them in the bag at home, then says " get rid of those "

Thanks. So used to making my own of most things that "sauces" are a world I know very little about because it's usually either too acidic, not vegetarian (so I've never looked at it) or contains dairy (just can't have so don't bother looking at! )...
