St David’s day feast; cawl and welsh cakes. This was Monday’s supper which I’ve just got round to posting.

Today, I wanted to make something to kick start the snow pea/snap pea recipe challenge, while at the same time, evaluating achiote paste rub.

Here's the result ...

It uses the Peach Achiote Paste recipe I created. The paste chips up nicely when fried.

This was a very nice tasty dish, but I used the oil from the sun dried tomato jar to fry things in and perhaps, a bit too much of it. All in all, I give it five stars.
 
Sat am here so cups of tea and chocolate here, no bacon n eggs because no one took bacon out of the freezer. Gave myself an uppercut.

I noticed today no bacon or breakfast sausage in the fridge, so I fixed that immediately!
