We had babyback ribs, mashed potatoes, and green beans. I took the photo in another room with poor light so pic doesn't look great.

Cooked for some friends yesterday. Made Butter Chicken, pullao rice with raisins and flaked almonds, Baingan Ka Salaan (aubergine with a spicy coconut/cashew nut sauce), pigeon peas with cabbage and some flaky parathas. No pictures yet, cos we were all starving!

Lunch out today. We both chose steak and blue cheese salad, mixed lettuce, cucumber,roasted potatoes, red onion and green beans.
Dessert: TVC had Eton mess which was more than expected and I had lemon drizzle cheesecake.

A one pot pasta meal using rotini, pizza sauce, pepperoni, red bell, onion, garlic, Provolone, mozzarella, ParmR, oregano, basil and red pepper flakes. Surprisingly good, though a mess to look at.
