Chicken Kiev with leftover creamed Spinach.

Cooked for some friends yesterday. Made Butter Chicken, pullao rice with raisins and flaked almonds, Baingan Ka Salaan (aubergine with a spicy coconut/cashew nut sauce), pigeon peas with cabbage and some flaky parathas. No pictures yet, cos we were all starving!
