Melon and Palma ham is another of my favourites.

Used to be one of mine also. Unfortunately Palma ham is as rare as waldorfs here!

We do have melons though (in season).

Friend won a meat tray at pub Friday night, had pork and parsley sausages in the pack. She doesn't like them, so gave to us. I froze except 1. So lunch today fried sausage, fried bread, 2 tinned tomatoes, ( leftover from making samosas) and 2 free range fried eggs. Best fry up I've had in ages. Needed shrooms though. Next time. Dinner tonight for all family going out to tex mex for dinner.

As its Mother's Day here, my wife had scrambled eggs with grilled crispy bacon. ( saying crispy bacon always makes me laugh, my son went to school with a Chris bacon. His middle initial was p, lol. His dad was on the school committee with me, he had a real good sense of humour. I suspect he named him that on purpose.)
And a cup of hot chocolate. I had mine an hour later.
