Last night was beef stew with cornmealcakes with fresh corn for me, plus jalapenos for Craig.

Beef sliders followed by chicken fajita. This restaurant is now my fave place. Kids and grandkids loved it too. Bonus was kids ate free with an adult. Great night out. Although it was mothered day, I reckon it was Father's Day as well. I never cooked a thing.

This was vegan cheese sauce (from vegan mac and cheese ) over gnocchi with poached eggs .

Northern Thai spicy sausage (Sai Ua) which I ate today....but started the process of making yesterday. I used too many chiilies for most people, but as I was the only one eating them, I catered them for my own high tolerance levels.

Do you mean scrambled eggs? I thought for a moment you meant scrambled eggs with marshmallows! But perhaps you meant you had scrambled eggs and then some marshmallows. I love scrambled eggs, particularly with a few herbs in the mix. And although I'm not very sweet toothed. I do rather like marshmallows occasionally.
