No, I'll make spaghetti, linguini, fettuccine, sheets for ravioli or lasagna, even orecchiette, but not shapes like that. It's rotini BTW
Yeah I love making pasta and one day I will get around to learning how to make ravioli, but what kind of equipment does one even need to make tubular pasta from scratch?

Dies. We have some from an old KA attachment set, but I've never used them. It made penne/rigatoni type shapes.

You can also use knitting needles, or long, thin dowels, and make spirals, letting the pasta dry before you remove.

Probably just easier to buy dry pasta shapes, LOL! I do love the flavor of my fresh pasta, but drying it kinda defeats the purpose I think.

I've made ravioli before, once. It was very, at least for me, time consuming and arduous. It was good yes but my fall back is put the filling in the sauce... 😆

So after more than 6 weeks of doing very little ( apart from cutting the grass with nail scissors and counting the leaves on my mango tree), I had to prep for a lunch (16 people) today.
Sod's Law: I was missing 3 ingredients; a student wanted extra TOEFL classes; I had to pick up some chafing dishes from waaaay over the city; I had to attend a funeral.
Finished the chicken in coconut sauce and the mixed vegetable curry about 1½ hours ago - I could have been done and dusted by 4pm without the extras, but, as my BIL always says . "it is what it is":D
I'll try to take some pictures tomorrow.

Today I heated up a little bowl of leftover spaghetti in my new microwave, only I accidentally set it to the 'grill' function that I've never used yet.

Well, after a few minutes I wondered why it hadn't gone 'ding!' yet only to realise I'd been grilling my splatter cover at 250c for 5 minutes...

Well, after I'd eaten the spaghetti (hot on top, cold below, surrounded by floppy hot plastic) I had to used a knife to cut the bowl out.
