I had some leftover mash and some sausages in the fridge that needed eating up so I chopped up an onion, made some gravy and Bangers and Mash was born!

My Fridge-Freezer is only 4 years so it shouldn't be packing up just yet - it's not a normal ratio of Fridge to Freezer and I'd rather not get the same brand again as I've no confidence in them. My freezer is larger than the fridge and most others on the market it's the other way around. I need a new (used) car too and I'm in the middle of decorating so it's all money, money, money right now!

I had leftover mashed potatoes that I turned into 4 potato pancakes yesterday and served 1 to DH with a slice of cheese, some chopped up chicken, and fried eggs on top. Today I made some sausage gravy but was too lazy to make biscuits so we had potato pancakes with fried eggs and sausage gravy on top. It was really delicious.
