This is something new for breakfast, - spicy cabbage and eggs.

full.jpg

It includes cabbage, pork sausage, onion, jalapeno pepper, cayenne pepper sauce and three eggs.

A corn flour and rye flour bread, the dough of which fermented or rose for 15 hours.

Apparently the recipe is from 1727. London (whether a cookbook have no further info).

A high school friend sent a link to an interview with a local lady who had done the bread a zillion times.

It says 12 hours, but I was not home at the mark...

Very good in taste, shadow of a beer taste, or at least to my ignorant non beer drinking palate.

I will play with other flours and baking forms, and adhering to 12 h. Definitely making many more of these.

We are bread covered for the week👍

Admit,I am slowly entering the Christmas awaiting mood...
Cookies, Minimalist baker recipe served as educational basis.

Although focus was on sugarless, low gluten, eggless...they came out wonderfully cinamonny and honeyy(60 g of honey)...plus erythritol.
Added carob too. A pleasure to snack on.

Will work on the shapes, these were speed speed...

I started collecting orange peel for sugarless candied peels...if successful will report on the outcome.😎
