I never knew, thank you. What's it like?
I love them. They're a dark red, like a Hillshire Farms kielbasa, about the same texture, and garlic seems to be the predominant flavor, though not overwhelming. These are local-made (Wassler Meats) and have a natural casing.

I’m on my third gin by then,lol,
