Please post the recipe?
I eyeballed the orange part of it and my recipe is made with Caputo gluten free flour (£8 a bag) which behaves differently to normal flour so the recipe wouldn’t be a straight forward sub of one flour for another, the rest of the wet ingredient ratios are also effected by how dry GF flour tends to be.

The easiest way to recreate it in normie flour would be to take your favourite plain cupcake recipe and to the batter add the grated orange zest of one and half oranges (medium size oranges not those great big ones) and approx two tablespoons of the juice.
IMO that’s just the right amount for a 6oz, 6oz, 6oz cake batter recipe.

For the icing I did half cup of icing sugar (powdered sugar) and zest of half an orange, I used orange juice to make the paste by adding about 10ml’s (a desert spoon) at a time. Not sure how many spoonfuls it took think maybe about three.

One thing I find beneficial for the orange zest thats going in the icing is to put it on a small plate, cover it with some of the orange juice and microwave it for 20 - 30 seconds. It seems to release the oils and increase the orange flavour while taking the sharp edges off the zest. Course you have to then strain the juice off before adding the zest to the icing sugar but I think it’s worth it.

Wow,and double wow. That's a sensational dish. I can see how the various components marry together to create a glorious dish. I am unilaterally going to award you 3 Michelin stars for that!!

That is very kind if you since I know you don't eat meat unless its minced. Thank you.
