I eyeballed the orange part of it and my recipe is made with Caputo gluten free flour (£8 a bag) which behaves differently to normal flour so the recipe wouldn’t be a straight forward sub of one flour for another, the rest of the wet ingredient ratios are also effected by how dry GF flour tends to be.Please post the recipe?
