What did you cook or eat today? (October 2025)

I'll take some photos later, but yesterday I made a Swiss chard, chickpea and tomato dish, with some bacon in for good measure. I love Swiss chard, and it's always there at the supermarket, but too many people ignore it, or just stew it with garlic.
Following that, minced beef with onions, sweet chiles, red peppers, garlic and tomato passata. That should sort out son's lunches for a few days.
Swiss chard is that silver beet.?.
I put that in my bhajees.
