I hadn't considered freezing them. Do they lose much? And how do you reheat yours from frozen?Making waffles now for tomorrow's breakfast and some for the freezer.

I've never done it, as I always had the leftovers in the refrigerator and I toasted them. They were gone within a few days. But we're leaving for 2 weeks. I imagine I'll thaw and toast them.I hadn't considered freezing them. Do they lose much? And how do you reheat yours from frozen?
This looks great. Steak Au poivre always confused me because everything I have read about cooking says not to put pepper on high heat because it can burn, yet the steak requires a sear with pepper on it.
Thanks.
From what I read, the cracked peppercorns need to be large pieces. That must be all that is needed to keep them from burning like a smaller grind would.
And from what I tasted, that 3 min sear changes their flavor profile. Because I could never eat something with that much pepper on it otherwise.

I didn’t have any problems with consistency or flavour with my peppercorn sauce yesterday…..

Only if you have refrigeration cos their sauces are freshI'll bet that would go great with the filet mignon frozen/microwave dinner
Pretty cool though. I've never seen that in a store.
Would be a great camping addition.

I’m thinking about a grilled cheese.
