Sound like our "mixed cut"
We got it for pork, but especially for beef
I've never seen it for beef. Not in my area.
Interesting to hear these things done different ways.

It's very much a "cut" for the local population for stew. With bones and it's a bit of everything.I've never seen it for beef. Not in my area.

My sister was with the US Department of State and worked abroad in some impoverished countries. She had a hired driver (also security in some countries) and a houseman (which she didn't really need). But she knew that hiring local could help change someone(s) lives. Sometimes these people lived a distance from their families and they only got to see their families occasionally. It is a really good thing to give people jobs.If you don't hire anyone, it is considered very selfish...
Some nice ideas there I fully intend to borrowOh yes!. I like spicy tuna rolls (ahi tuna--seared or raw in a sriracha and kewpie mayonnaise, sushi rice, cucumber, green onion). Blanched scallop with rice and veggies is yummy. Or cooked crab (or surimi) in spicy mayonnaise with some rice, veggies, and tobiko (flying fish roe). Toasted sesame seeds or furikake make a nice addition. Smoked salmon with cream cheese and veggies is a good one, too.
Cucumber, avocado, and green onion are my go to veggies.
Put this into my Notes on my iPhone - MAHALO!!Little China town right there at Sahara and Decatur.![]()

kaneohegirlinaz - here’s one of the steak sandwich patties I mentioned earlier. Tastes a little like Salisbury steak from the old TV dinners…and that’s a good thing.

Japanese style Fried Chicken Chunks, my Quick Cucumber Kim Chee ( or kimchi which ever) and that ever present steamed White Rice, topped with Aloha Brand Shoyu and Furikake
Oishii!!!
Am I losing it? Did I already post this plate? My laptop is so far off kilter ...That looks familiar.
I think someone cooked that a couple days ago, too. I remember because I was trying to see a difference in Japanese fried chicken.

Puggles I think someone else in this forum has done that before, so you aren't alone.I WAS going to make more Sourdough bread tomorrow. I put my starter in the oven with the light on to get it to proof a bit better, and then tonight I decided to make pizza. I started my oven at 550.....do you see where I'm going with this? The plastic smell is disgusting from the container it was in.![]()
