It wasn't pretty but it was very tasty. A pasta bake made with chorizo, peppers & mozzarella.

Also butterscotch Angel Delight for dessert.

I’ve also made stewed peas with pancetta (previously stir-fried) with a couple of beaten eggs and lemon zest

I'm making ham and bean soup for tomorrow night. It's good soup and chili weather moving into our area, huh!?

Tonight we will have a simple dinner of perogies with sautéed onions, mushrooms, crumbled bacon, and sour cream.
