It wasn't pretty but it was very tasty. A pasta bake made with chorizo, peppers & mozzarella.

Leftover knockwurst and potato salad tonight, with an appetizer of pickled beets and hard-boiled eggs.

I'm making chili right now, for tomorrow, since I didn't really have to cook tonight.

I'm making ham and bean soup for tomorrow night. It's good soup and chili weather moving into our area, huh!?

Tonight we will have a simple dinner of perogies with sautéed onions, mushrooms, crumbled bacon, and sour cream.
