Freshly made porcini pasta with fresh frozen porcinis made into a sauce with white wine, thyme, butter and pasta water.

It's strange the different tastes in different countries. I would never even consider adding brown sauce to a beef steak (nor a ketchup either).
Never ketchup..but HP occasionally...I will eat it with pot pie also, but rarely have it..
