No time to cook a decent meal as I was late home from pub. Pan fried 8 sizzlers wrapped in bread and topped with mustard and ketchup. Cheap quick meal kind of??
Sizzlers are processed meat with cheese in them. Wife had 2 I had 3. Rest will be eaten cold. They are yummy.

So it's our d.i.l birthday this Sunday and her request is
Chicken croquettes ( need to make tomorrow)
Fillet mignon with shroom sauce and dauphinoise potatoes. Asparagus if shop has them. Should be there as we have 2 long shoots in our garden.
Choc mousse dessert.

It's Chick-fil-a fast-food chicken restaurant's sauce. You gotta' drown their greasy, bland chicken with something to make it edible.

Essentially it's mayo, BBQ sauce and liquid smoke. I added a bit of mustard as well. I would have added fresh lemon juice, but I didn't have any.
