Frittata with leftover pasta

The pasta sauce turned out great. I ate a small bowl after all, which seemed impossible after the ginormous sub I ate at 5pm. But that was lunch for me so I had a small appetite by 11pm.

Beef Stroganoff and mash. My Pa loved it after a long day in the hospital.

Dinner was a personal sized pizza from Walmart marked down to $1.23 with an added $5 worth of meat and cheese. Pretty horrible but then there was that no dishes thing. Sometimes it's too much standing.

Purchased Rana butternut squash/cheese ravioli with a browned butter/sage sauce. Not as good as homemade, but not bad.

Peach cobbler for dessert with vanilla ice cream.

NY strip steaks (Aldi) and glazed green beans. Rested the steak with a lot of herb butter on it. MrsT said beans were the best she ever had.

That Prime Rib Dinner out on Thursday sure did go a long way!
Got a total of 4 meals outta that $32.99, pretty dang good in my books.

Now I need/want a pizza oven. So light and airy, yum. It's a game changer.

Evening meal comes with a health warning for those not liking ... look away now.

The pesto is an odd colour because of hubby's reheating method, but still tastes wonderful. Warrigal greens, sorrel and pine nuts.

Veg are onions, leeks, carrots, peppers, bamboo shoots & bean sprouts.
Sauce is a mix of soy sauce, garlic, chilli, sesame oil, lime juice, oyster sauce & brown sugar
