I'm not feeling great, low energy, nut not sick. Just tired. I should probably eat something.
Totally agree. Rhubarb is good with lentils as it is a souring agent with the earthy taste of lentils. Its a bit like using tamarind. Puy lentils aren't used in India (obviously) and don't lend themselves easily to daal in my opinion.I just took a look at the recipe. First of all, I'd never use leek or celery in a curry. Just not right. That's like making tacos using Wonderloaf.
2 onions for that, and I don't understand why there's no ginger in there. Rhubarb & ginger go so well together. Chile peppers seriously lacking. I'd double the amount of spices, and add a tsp of garam masala near the end.
My sympathiesShe's not in Europe though.
It looks great. Never heard of a tuna pizza.Ordered a tuna pizza because I was at a training all day

I use jasmine in mine. Like the flavorTypically long grain white rice, Mahatma brand mostly in Southern LA, but here I used Jasmine and I about always add a pinch of turmeric for color.
Ginger, chillies, more than double/triple on the spices and garam masala all went in, trust me.I just took a look at the recipe. First of all, I'd never use leek or celery in a curry. Just not right. That's like making tacos using Wonderloaf.
