Pies for me and mr7, that was earlier, I just made sage n onion bread stuffing, boned whole shoulder of lamb and rolled it with stuffing inside. Friends coming for dinner tomorrow and euchre.

Coffee the early one at 7 am, cheese (Lucca local one) really good, bit more grassy or mustardy taste, love it, almonds and apple. Starving, can't wait for brunch and second coffee. And thirsty. It is the season to carry water bottles along again.

Rolled shoulder of lamb (boned by moi) with breadcrumb stuffing. I will serve with cauliflower cheese sauce and gravy along with veges.
Breadcrumbs, cooked onions along with butter they were cooked in, sage, parsley, one egg and one squeezed mandarin juice. Combine and fill and roll lamb. Tie with string.
