We use the first 5. It's really not a matter of what you like, it's the kind of rice appropriate for your dish, i.e. you wouldn't use jasmine rice for sushi.

Plus, there are other rices. For instance, I like forbidden rice (black/very, very dark purple) for some dishes.

Correct on the first part but there are only so many choices allowed. I have black as well, and purple...
 
I use 4 of them.
Mostly Jasmine as a side dish and in Spanish/Mexican rice
I serve chili, chicken soup and lentil soup over brown rice
I use Success white, brown, and jasmine rice when I want rice in 10 minutes or when making things that call for rice in a stuffing (peppers, cabbage rolls etc)
I also like wild rice in soups.
