Yes, she's sat in the toilet still with her underwear pulled up.

That doesn't look like her underwear. That's the bottom of the black top she's wearing underneath the jacket, and she's got it pulled up past her, uh, business end.

It's kind of weird for me because I generally don't comment on the way people look. However, Putin gives off this totally confident vibe that makes him almost scary. Even standing next to Trump (6'3") Putin seemed totally cool and in charge. I understand why some might call him "sexy". It's more of an attitude.
