What makes a perfect kitchen?

Thanks, I used to have gas but I had to use gas bottles as I haven't got a supply to my house. I researched and decided to go with induction. Brilliant and easy to control and clean. The only downside is the induction doesn't get as hot as gas so I can't quite get the sear i'd like on steaks when using my Lodge griddle pan. Overall though I am happy.
 
I noticed your serving dish/ bowl that is green leaf with lobster.

I must be going blind 'cos I can't see this... which image? :scratchhead:

Ignore that - I just spotted it to right of second photo! Now if that is the same one I think it is, its very unusual in the UK as its an American ceramic: Keeler.
