Well, near as I can tell, the tasting notes are flavors associated with Christmas/Winter, and then they slap something like Christmas Blend or Holiday Roast or something like that on the label.

You forgot the pumpkin pie spice...
I looked it up (or something similar) and it only contains coffee beans according to the ingredient list. Maybe they are roasted with spices?

I've got one more cayenne plant to harvest and it's about like this lot. It appears that three plants will keep me in Cayenne chili for a year.

Thank you! I let them dry a bit on the counter then they reside in a crisper drawer until used, so dry.
I've got these in there already.
These Big Jim's and Bell Peppers hanging out to get ripe.
The coffee? It’ll get sampled probably Thursday. It’s more for MrsT than it is for me, though. She drinks more coffee than I do.

I found an asian supermarket today.... it was like being a kid let loose in a candy store! the teenage girl on the til was very helpful and completely bemused by this +50 yr old getting so excited!
I just happened to need onion powder, that is not that exciting!
I had fun.
