Pretty standard supermarket mushrooms here really. Haven't had mushrooms in ages... and I have an idea for the challenge.
Looks pretty easy to do, I think. What time if year are they green in your neck of the woods?

They're green now but I don't know how far they're developed. They're pretty high too.
Might be able to drive my truck under the tree and stand in the back to get some???

Ran out of balsamic vinegar so I'm going to thicken some of that up to have the strawberries with. Pippi was out of Lit'l Smokies and Ozzie was getting low on hotdogs.

Make a curry, of course
, but use a tiny amount. I grew them in the garden a couple of years ago, and the flavour is really good. I might also suggest prawn patia or a Thai red curry - again, be prudent!

Got a Rani foods order and found the green cardamom pods I forgot I ordered. Have several crushed seeds from the pods cooking with some jasmine rice.
