That’s a really pretty arrangement.
Of course, because the mushrooms know who bought them and they wanna show their best side for the cameraThat’s a really pretty arrangement.

They're way more expensive here but I get it. Morelo's Market is the only place in town with them and they only had 4 bags on the shelf so that's that; now they've three...Yep, that's the one
I do hope I like it as those dried fava beans are just the same price as standard white or brown beans here
Its how they happened to be in the packet! That’s a really pretty arrangement.
That’s the Universe saying, “I’m thinking of you.”Its how they happened to be in the packet!
Oh my goodness; I'd have field day with those, if they were only available here. Jealous, jealous, jealous!

I think they are tricky to cook. The delicate ones I mean. They can flop like a sad wet rag if you cook them in oil a tad too long.
I don't have an air fryer but something similar (halogen cooker) and will try that. My method at the moment is a tiny bit of oil in a wok or frying pan and clamp a lid on. Cook for 5 mins or even less.Mushrooms fare well air-fried I've found. I've had success even without adding any oil - I just get them going a bit at 180c until they start to sweat then toss them in a bowl with some S&P then continue till done.
