Oh, I love love love root beer. You just don't like it because there is no alcohol in it. They do make a rootbeer in the US with alcohol in it, though. My kids (adults) like it.

I can't see what the volume is on the bottle, but here in Ohio a 1 liter bottle is $45. Ohio is one of the states in the US that has state controlled liquor. The state owns ALL the liquor stores and controls the prices. I know when I lived in Florida it would vary from liquor store to liquor store, because each location was independent and they could make the price whatever they wanted, so I would call to find out prices before I went to go buy liquor.Bought some of THIS today. $64 a bottle!! Having been ill with Covid for almost an entire month, no eating, no drinking (other than water) I had my first glass of wine and it wasn't all that great! 
And I think of myself as a "wine-o" 
This may turn out to be a good thing, as I have lost 10 pounds and counting!

Yeah, it's only been 2 weeks for me, but I never stopped drinking. I've lost some weight too, though.Having been ill with Covid for almost an entire month, no eating, no drinking (other than water) I had my first glass of wine and it wasn't all that great!

I met up with a friend I hadn´t seen for 2 years today.
We had some exceptional Vietnamese food for lunch, then moseyed over to OTR Dude Day Care Center for a cigar. He produced some of this:
which was absolutely spectacular. I´m no Bourbon specialist, but I do know when liquor is good - and this was just excellent.

So how long do you plan on hanging out in Ohio, and apparently you lived here before or just visited your son a lot, enough to make friends? Well I am sure you manage to make friends wherever you go, but...

Last time I was here, the Cigar Bar had just opened. I had nothing better to do, so I went there every day. Made a few friends, enjoyed the scene - what better things are there in life than a good stogie, good conversation and hanging out?

I had some of that before at a friend's house!! I even bought some for him!!
I probably could've gotten it cheaper at the Blanchard['s store that I go to. But since it's supposed to snow badly, I decided to stay home because of the impending storm. Oh well.

I have a couple of Fuentes I need to smoke before they dry out (I no longer have a humidor). I don't smoke in the house, and it has been too cold in the evening to sit outside. I used to enjoy a good Bourbon with a cigar, but that ship has sailed.
