For the flat bread
100 gr flour
65 gr yoghurt
1-1.5 gr salt
3 gr baking powder 1 teaspoon)
Mix all ingredients, then knead for a minute or 2-3
Form in balls (3 if you want small breads)
Leave to stand for a couple minutes then roll out quite thin (if you divided in 3, then one ball should be a 15-17 cm flatbread)
Dry fry on a hot skillet, keep checking the bottom and turn to do the other side once brown spots appear.
Some will puff, some won't.
Put on a rack to cool slightly
Then use a knife to open them up, fill with shoarma or another meat and/or vegetable mixture and add yoghurt sauce.
Yoghurt sauce
Use amounts to your taste
Yoghurt
Garlic, finely chopped
Fresh chili, finely chopper or chili paste
Salt
Chives
I think I have posted my shoarma recipe before, so won't paste it here
