my husband calls this environment enrichment for the chooks. I call it the compost heap. Either way the chooks love it once it has started to decompose. Until then they won't touch it.

I think its been residing in that hole in the bottom of the tree.
To the left of the veranda grows our grape vine. to the right the lavendar, and roses. The red/yellow/pink/orange rose Is called a chameleon rose because the rose buds start out yellow, but within a few hours of opening will already start to change colour.
