Maybe not. Even the jamieoliver.com site is down.

Site wasn't/isn't actually owned by him.
 
I was only going by this statement in the "Terms and Conditions" - "The Site is owned and operated by Jamie Oliver Enterprises Limited "
 
And this: "There is 1 major shareholder listed for JAMIE OLIVER ENTERPRISES LIMITED with Jamie Oliver Holdings Limited owning the most shares by value."

The plot thickens!
 
I joined the Jamie forum about a month after it first opened.

Shaun, that would explain the lack of new people there.
