What did you cook, eat or drink today (September 2018)?

Hi I just simply had Bread omelet & a little juice... Nothing big. can u suggest me anything to have a very tasty recipe?

Madhur Jaffrey's recipes would be a good start.
 
Last night was Korean takeout again.
Pork shanks mukeunji jjigae (aged kimchi stew), side o sticky rice:

Thursday night's dinner was omelette with loads of onions, garlic, basil and parsley, with half a dozen cherry tomatoes and homemade sourdough bread (no photo because the omelette broke when I was putting it on the plate). Afters was freshly picked blackberries, with thick slices of a nice juicy red apple, and homemade custard (paler than usual because I didn't add an egg to it).

Tonight's dinner was a chickpea and spinach curry with flatbreads, followed by a few ripe plums.

I made Blackened Mahi Ruebens again tonight for the wife and boy at their request. I packed mine for dinner tomorrow as I was not hungry at the time.

The blackening (8" cast iron, butter, side burner of outdoor grill).
