Amish milk.bread. new recipe. I'm wondering if there is enough yeast because it doesn't use as much as normal for a loaf of bread.

I'm possibly being a bit ambitious given my mildly hungover state.

I'm making a beef dish inspired by stroganoff.
Jamie's Pork & Pepper Goulash.
Im going for a Morrocan vibe with some bone in chicken thigh pieces (in a low oven already)

I have a frittata started. That will be breakfast and snacks through the week.

Want to get this week off to an organised start.
