Honey butter is a new idea to me

It is very popular in Texas. A couple of restaurants are famous for it... Texas Roadhouse (a steakhouse chain) and Whataburger. I keep some in the fridge all the time to spread on toast or American biscuits.

Here is a copycat recipe for the Texas Roadhouse version (metric measures).

Omg, that honey /cinnamon butter at Texas roadhouse is like crack. God, is that stuff yummy. Paired with some nice soft yeast rolls. 🤤 🤤
 
After the large lunch a simple tea. An improvement on the fast food outlet breakfast offering. I give you the sausage and egg TVCmuffin.

Looks good, but a yolk like that, you can’t eat it one-handed while barreling down the highway late for work! :wink:
