No pics, but I air-fried some potatoes to nearly done, then heated some oil and some of yesterday’s spicy tomato paste in a skillet, loosened that up, and finished the potatoes in that.

Then I fried a couple of eggs in some of the tomato oil as well and served that on top.

Salmon with lemon-caper sauce (not pictured) on a bed of couscous with spinach and tomatoes. I liked this one, but husband wasn’t crazy about it (at least partially because I overcooked the salmon).

Picked a strain vege pie up on my booze run. The bakery had no white bread so I got whole meal . Wife likes that one
I'll use it reluctantly.
Tea is 4 hrs away yet. No idea at this stage????
