What did you cook or eat today (July 2018)?

Genius Kitchen is no longer available in the UK - very annoying. Its due to the new data protection laws and obviously Genius Kitchen haven'y got round to putting permission screens in place or perhaps they have decided not to bother. It must be particularly annoying for any UK folk who have their recipes posted there.
 
Stuffed cuttlefish today for lunch

Sushi and tuna poke. The 6 pieces on the top are vege rolls (avocado, sauteed spinach, grated carrot, cucumber and green onion), the 6 pieces on the side are shrimp tempura (plus avo, carrot, cucumber and green onion). The picture of the ready to be rolled roll is Craig's spicy tuna roll with kimchi base, cucumber and green onion. The 2 sauces in the corner are a spicy mayo with sriracha and sesame oil, and wasabi of course.
