I had one that was almost similar to that one. They DO last a long time.

I think that was the device that was the precursor to air fryers as we see them today. Much more simple in that it's a temp and a time with a big pot... I should use it more since it's so electrically efficient.

We have an air fryer/white elephant. Wife bought it.. cooked some undercooked chips once and never to be seen again.
