Building a Burger

Four cloves if I remember correctly.

Back in 1971 my first experience of cooking with garlic. The recipe said 2 cloves. No Google back then. I assumed a clove was a head!

Interesting result.

My girlfriend didn't talk to me that evening.

Not many years later I watched a television cookery programme where the chef stuffed a chicken with 30 cloves of garlic.

I found that strange.
 
So many ways to make a burger but this one I did recently was pretty good. I charred some onions and made a paste which I used to create an onion mayo. Lots of grilled onions, onion mayo and some good cheese. A little salt and pepper and I was good.
