Recipe Cubano Peppers Stuffed with Shrimp, Shiitake and Capers

Oh, around here, they might be labeled Cubanelles one week, Italian frying peppers the next, and Hungarian peppers the week after that!

The ones labeled as Italian frying/hot peppers here are a darker green as well as being even skinnier and longer than the Cubanelles. The ones labeled Hungarian were an even lighter green, yellowish actually and maybe just a tad fatter.
