The "recipe" below is for those times you don't want to cook. But you want to eat.
It's simply all thrown together in a pot and heated up
Amounts and ingredients are very very flexible
1 can* chick peas, or a similar amount already cooked
1/2 tub yoghurt (around 200-250 ml)
1 tablespoon Thai curry paste (choose your colour)
1/2 can tomatoes or passata or cubed fresh tomatoes, or frozen homemade tomato paste
Some form of ready meat, like cubed ham, or salami (I used left over meat balls), you can use as much as you want or leave it out
Coriander leaf (I got frozen in cubes) or other herbs like parsley or chives
1 egg (optional)
Fish sauce or soy sauce to taste
Put all together in a pot, except for herbs (if using fresh), egg and fish/soy sauce.
Bring to a boil
Decide if you want soup or a stew and add water accordingly
Stir in egg and fresh herbs
Taste and add fish or soy sauce
And that's all.
(Not really worthy of a recipe imho)
