We all know how well peanut butter pairs with something sweet. This recipe produces a soda bread with this pairing. It could be the perfect base for your peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The British members will know what soda bread is but for others it is bread leavened with baking soda or baking powder instead of yeast.
Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1 cup honey
1 pinch salt
1 1/4" cups all purpose flour
Directions
Grease a standard loaf pan and preheat your oven to 350 F. Load your blender with all the ingredients except for the flour and mix until the batter is smooth. Then add the flour and pulse until combined. Fill the loaf pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry. It is as simple as that.
