How often do you eat boiled eggs?

Lunch today is ham and sliced boiled egg sandwiches, tomorrow evening will involve a fried egg-runny yolk

Last night involved eggs in our home-made Indian. I boiled the eggs (after cracking them into it) in the tomato based sauce so that they pick up some of the flavour. It will be the same again tonight. You just have to make sure there is enough liquid in the sauce else just add a touch of water to make sure.
