Recipe Miso Soup with Wakame, Garlic, and Tofu

Simple and healthy!

Ingredients
  • 10 oz. water, boiling
  • 1 tsp dried wakame
  • 1 Tbsp miso, any color
  • Tofu chunks to taste
  • Roasted garlic to taste
Method
Put everything in a pot and pour the boiling water on it. Heat to a low simmer and stir until the miso is evenly distributed.

Top with whatever suits you.
