Name an ingredient which can't be used in a salad

I reckon almost any ingredient can be used in a salad and I've used a fair few vegetables, cheeses, fruits, meats and fish to make salad in the past. Can you think of an ingredient which couldn't (or shouldn't) be used? I'm meaning a single ingredient not something already made from various ingredients, such as 'Christmas pudding'.

For those overseas, Luzianne tea is a blend made specifically for iced tea. It is not something you would typically use for a pot of hot tea. Freshly brewed, it is pretty strong, so when you pour it over ice, the melting ice dilutes it, and it tastes right.

I just googled it, and there's a vinaigrette that uses cherry cola, and a Coke dessert salad that includes pineapple, cherries, and whipped cream!
