Pizza Seasoning
Makes ~ ¼ cup
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. dried Basil
1 Tbsp. dried Oregano
½ Tbsp. dried Parsley
½ Tbsp. dried minced Onion
½ Tbsp. dried minced Garlic
1 ½ tsp. dried Thyme
¼ tsp. Kosher Salt
¼ tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
Method:
Put all the ingredients into a Pestle and Mortar and grind slightly (or you could use a Spice Grinder-using short pulses), you want some substance to the mix
Whisk everything well
Place your mixture into a tight filling jar and store in a dark, cool place
Shake before use.
