Delicious!

What cut is it and what seasoning is on there?
It looks wonderful!! I want some.
Thank you!

That’s a bottom round roast (I don’t know why no one has an eye round roast), and I used detroitdad’s method of Dijon mustard, and then I just started adding stuff - rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a spicy all-purpose seasoning (spicy Farm Dust) for a little kick.

I can always find eye round. I guess it's not a popular cut in your area.

I like this idea but I don't like the idea of getting a meat slicer, I don’t want anything sharp in my house.

I’m wondering how an electric knife will work.

That's what I tried first. It was okay. I wanted paper thin Deli roast beef lunch meat. I couldn't get that with the electric knife. Granted, our electric knife is 20 years old. The meat slicer was less than 100 bucks and I can slice a 4 lb Roast Beef in 5 to 10 minutes.

I get my eye of round roast at Sam's Club. I can usually find a 4 to 4.5 lb marked down to 20 bucks. After we slice it I pack it in four different containers and freeze three of them.
