Rub/marinades for chicken

I have a selection of Williams rubs from Texas. My friend there also sent me some sucklebusters sauce. It's run out ATM. I think it was peach ?
There is an agent in Queensland now I believe??

Russ

I haven't heard of those rubs and sauce. But, there are thousands of rubs and sauces on the market in Texas, one couldn't possibly know them all.

I do like the sound of that. I'll have a Google.
Sous Chef do it - probably not worth ordering unless you get some other stuff from them as the postage is £3.99.

I enjoy Peruvian Marinated Chicken, preferably thighs. Right before I grill them I like to brush the thighs with a little bit of sesame oil

Recipe
1 # Chicken Thighs
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
3 TBS Sea Salt
1 1/2 TBS Black Pepper, freshly ground
1 1/2 TBS Onion Powder
2 Cloves Garlic, sliced thin
2 TBS Oregano minced
1 Lime, zested
1/2 Cup Lime Juice, fresh
Optional
1 TBS Sesame Oil
