Now biscuits can look like scones, but they're not quite the same, and sometimes (rarely) our scones can look like biscuits, but not the same thing.

Trust me, if you come here and were to order some biscuits and gravy, and you were to have the biscuits swapped out with scones...you'd know the difference right quick, as we say around here.

I have tried it. I made my own to an American recipe a couple of years ago, I wasn't impressed with my effort. Some day I will get on an aeroplane and go and sample some proper ones.And, to add to that... don't knock it 'till you try it.
