Show me your breakfast (2023)

Here´s today brekkie. YMCA potatoes, egg, sausage, tomato, mushrooms, English mustard.

Breakfast was similar to yesterday’s - same hash browns, but with a runny egg today.

I´d also add Spanish to that. Huevos revueltos. Whole eggs thrown into the pan then stirred quickly to mix. Less than a minute!!

Is that very different from the American style? The photos I see are similar. But maybe its a little looser and more like UK style? Somewhere in between maybe?

I should add that if you go to a hotel or cafe in the UK you will most likely find the American style eggs for breakfast.

We were in Barcelona a few years back. Scrambled eggs was literally made in a minute or so.

I toasted some split Cheesecake Factory Brown Bread rolls, stuffed them with Bacon Egg & Cheese (edit-there's some Chives in the Eggs too)

Canned Lychee, a sectioned Cara Cara Orange and diced Tomatoes, for the beverage of each diner, Pineapple-Cranberry juice & Peppermint tea where on the table as well.

Everything bagels with peppered hot smoked salmon, cream cheese, red onion, capers, and avocado.

From that huge double batch of Buttermilk Waffles I made yesterday.
For moi, loads of butter and heated boysenberry syrup, mint tea as the beverage

Greek yoghurt with blueberries and cinnamon wholegrain cereal.
